about me

  • With prior professional experience in title, escrow, lending and sales Amy knows the adjacent processes intimately. This keeps surprises to a minimum and means clients are informed along the way. And as a dual licensed agent in Oregon and Washington,  she can advise and broker deals on either side of the Columbia River.  

  • Moving is disruptive but we keep things simple by limiting vendors on-site by doing things ourselves. We know what changes translate into value and keep a (very) close eye on costs. Let our love of home design and construction knowledge free you to focus on the next chapter. We relish the details that make a difference to buyers and add value for our sellers.  

  • We are firm believers in the power of real estate to create generational wealth. Long-term rentals, single and multi-family homes, apartment buildings, historic renovations  and flips, we have brokered them all. Investor clients know we are project people with a sharp focus on ROI. Clients newer to investing appreciate our willingness to share our knowledge in clear, understandable terms. Helping others build wealth through real estate is one of our greatest joys.

In both cases, we share our insight on how to best realize your goals and offer clear solutions for your home or purchasing needs. 

  • It’s happening! You know us and we know you and together we are ready to get to work. Now things start to get interesting and maybe even a little fun. There’s plenty to be done but we try to keep the process as simple and enjoyable as possible. And we’ve been known to raise a glass at closing. Cheers!
