Gather, relevant, timely market data and values on homes you are interested in.
Access to our network of acquired agent relationships to leverage off market deals.
Prepare, write, and deliver a well-crafted, WINNING offer.
Negotiate all offer terms for a successful closing.
Coordinate all necessary steps after mutual acceptance, communicating with you throughout the process to reach closing (this includes assisting with inspection, gathering bids, repairs, homeowner’s insurance, home warranty options, etc.)
Work hand-in-hand with the lending team to get your purchased funded.
Work directly with title and escrow to ensure all needed documents are in order and completed in a timely manner.
Complimentary design consult with our in-house team to discuss potential projects in your new home.
